SHOP CROOM LLC produces every order on-demand at our facility. The timelines below outline how long you can expect each stage of the process to take.

1. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and queued for production within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout.

2. Production Timelines

  • Wall Art & Prints: 2–4 business days
  • Canvas Prints: 4–7 business days
  • Home Accessories: 3–5 business days
  • Custom Commissions: 2–4 weeks, depending on scope (timeline confirmed during design review)

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs processing)

Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–14 business days for in-stock designs shipped within the United States.

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method selected.

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the order total.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@shopcroom.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. SHOP CROOM is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
