At SHOP CROOM LLC, we want you to be confident in every piece you receive. Because all of our products are made on-demand, our return policy is structured to balance customer satisfaction with the realities of custom production.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned décor produced specifically for the customer.
- Personalized prints (e.g., custom names, addresses, dates).
- Items damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopcroom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective items.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a damaged or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Custom commissions may be cancelled before design approval; once a proof is approved, the order becomes non-cancellable.
