Every SHOP CROOM order moves through the same four-stage workflow — designed for consistency, transparency, and care.

Fulfillment Workflow

Four stages, every time

Each order begins with a final pre-flight check — colors are profiled, dimensions confirmed, and the file is prepped for our production stack.

We produce on archival inks and curated substrates. Wall art is printed on heavyweight matte paper; canvases are stretched and finished by hand.

Every piece is reviewed by our team for color accuracy, finish, and structural integrity before it's cleared to ship.

Orders are packed in protective, recyclable materials and shipped with tracking. Larger pieces ship in custom-sized rigid containers.
